Carbide and Cermet Circular Saw Blades
The successful introduction of this pioneering Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) Circular Saw Blade has enabled production rates to be achieved that were previously considered to be impossible.
Product Concept
The Kinkelder Connexxioncut range of circular saw blades has been developed to cut steel tubes and solid materials at speeds well in excess of those possible with standard HSS saw blades. During the manufacturing process Tungsten Carbide tips are brazed onto a soft body, and then the tooth geometry is applied by a high precision grinding process. Most Connexxioncut saw blades are specified with a sophisticated PVD coating to protect and extend the life of the TCT saw blade tips.
Product Range
Dependent upon the type of sawing application and material specification, many different variants of the Connexxioncut Circular Saw Blade are available. Alternative carbide grades, tooth geometry and PVD coatings can be specified to best satisfy all steel cutting solutions.
Connexxioncut 1
PVD coated circular saw blade that is ideal for cutting high tensile solid materials at very high production rates enabling an extended blade life.
Connexxioncut 2
Provides effective sawing solutions for tube weld mill flying saw applications. An ideal saw blade for when cold sawing techniques are necessary to maintain cut quality on heavy wall or hard materials particularly where cutting speed limits of coated HSS saw blades have been reached.
Connexxioncut 3
Developed for tube cutting on automatic sawing machines at much faster speeds than with HSS steel cutting blades, especially on flying saws with accurate control of chip load and variable feed rate.
Connexxioncut 4
Enables saw blade cutting speeds to be increased by up to 100 percent, doubling the steel cutting output and blade life compared with standard HSS cutting blades.
Connexxioncut 5
Provides a cost effective solution to extending the production capabilities of light duty sawing applications by increasing both output and saw blade life when cutting hard materials or during high speed sawing operations.
