The ability to cut efficiently at high temperatures makes Tungsten Carbide an ideal tip medium for high production rate band saw blades. The carbide tips are secured by electronic controlled welding into a spherical milled pocket formed in the special alloy backing strip and as a result of the innovative tooth geometry fast, clean and accurate cutting can be achieved.

HM-Titan MU

High performance bandsaw blade, developed to cut a variety of different materials including tool steels, stainless steels and high-speed steels, specially designed tooth geometry enables a better chip separation with low noise and high cutting rates. Reduced metal cutting times combined with an excellent finish are ensured.

HM-Titan ALU

Developed for sawing non-ferrous metals, and particularly aluminium, this bandsaw blade provides the ideal metal cutting solution for gates and risers, as well as aluminium castings, plates and bars ensuring high productivity and extended blade life.

HM-Titan BO

The HM-Titan B0 carbide tipped band saw blade has been designed to cut hardened and tempered or induction-hardened materials with a hardness higher than 50 HRc.

High-performance bandsaw blade with a significantly higher cutting performance and increased service life compared to standard bi-metal band saw blades, improves efficiency and productivity as break-in procedure at lower cutting parameters is not necessary.
